Pets Adopted from ARF

ARF microchips all pets adopted from ARF. Those pets are then registered to the new owner with 24 Petwatch by Pet Place. The owner must then update and maintain their contact information and pet's information in the registry. Owners need to be careful when typing 24Petwatch into a search engine as they could click on an ad for other companies websites.

24Petwatch's mission is to help lost pets return home to their families. 24Petwatch offers free microchip registration, with no mandatory fees to receive the standard services. 24 PetWatch also has a premium plan which owners may choose for a fee.

The standard (free) plan includes unlimited access to their online portal with the ability to:

Update contact information online
Set emergency contacts
Alert 24Petwatch if their pet becomes lost
Be notified when their pet is found
Add a picture of their pet
Instantly generate a lost pet poster

Pet parents will never be obligated to pay for standard services. Still, they can upgrade to premium Pet Protection memberships with 24/7 Vet helpline services, Lost Pet Recovery Specialists and more if they choose.

Microchip Clinics

ARF holds microchip clinics twice per year. For a fee of $25 per animal ARF will insert a microchip into your pet and register the microchip in 24 Petwatch in the pet owner's name. After the pet is registered in 24 Petwatch, ARF no longer has the ability to change the information in the registry. Any changes in the pet's ownership must be owner initiated.

Scheduling a Pet to receive a Microchip

After a date is scheduled for a Microchip clinic, the event will be placed in the Events Calendar.
